We are a volunteer association from Wetzikon ZH. Through our own contacts on the ground, we fund education, infrastructure and emergency aid in Afghanistan and Pakistan – directly and without bureaucratic obstacles.

Current project
A new school for Siaqol
Education is at the heart of our current project. In the mountain village of Siaqol, we are building a new, larger school for around 70 girls and boys – with electricity, heating and separate toilets for boys and girls.

Latest update
The first two construction phases are complete
One year after construction began, the school building is standing and the third construction phase has begun. The facade has been fully plastered and is being painted blue, the window frames were made on site, the photovoltaic system has been installed, and a small building for the sanitary facilities now stands next to the school. Work on the schoolyard is also under way. Next come further interior work and the installation of windows, doors and the kitchen.
